Quick Birdie Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 jar squash baby food (all baby food should be the unsweetened type)
1 jar apple baby food
1 jar other veg. baby food (peas, sweet potato, etc., whatever you prefer)
1 cup pellets (I use Roudybush)
1/2 cup frozen corn and/or mixed veg.
1 tablespoon spirulina powder
1/2 cup Grape nuts cereal
1/2 cup dried fruits and nuts of your bird's choice and a sprinkling of seeds (just two tablespoons or so)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Add water or more pellets as needed to adjust consistency. Mixture should be soft, but not too sticky and should ball together when rolled.
Form 1-2 inch meatballs. Place on saran-wrap lined cookie tray. Freeze till firm. Remove and store in Tupperware container in freezer.

When ready to use, remove desired number of balls and defrost in microwave. Test for temp. before serving to your feathered friend. My tiel gobbles these up like they're bird candy!
