It Runs in the Family
Tammy comes into her love of animals (and the life passion of birds in
particular) naturally. Meet Catherine, "Nana", Tammy's grandmother. Seems
that a few years ago Nana came into a pair of cockatiels that needed a good home
(they found a GREAT one).
Nana is breeding, has several pairs, and the two girls (Tammy and Nana -
they're both 29... if you were wondering) spend lots of time on the phone
comparing notes. The husbandry gene skips a generation, but has been firmly
implanted within Tammy. Nana and Tammy had always been close, and this shared
love of birds made their relationship an even tighter bond.
